As part of the Victorian Governments initiatives to ensure that proper governance is applied to all organisations and associations within the state of Victoria while also ensuring they comply to Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 and Incorporated Association Rules the Oxley Residents Association (ORA) A4814L is in the process of updating it’s Current 1997 Constitution to a New ORA Constitution A4814L using the guideline template listed under Victorian Governments “Modern Rules“.
In addition to the new updated constitution ORA is in the process of developing a “Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)” that is designed to be a guide for Oxley Residents Association (ORA) committee and sub-committee members that; when developing new ideas for projects or activities that benefit the association or the wider community, the suggestions outlined within the MOU, are intended to help turn those great ideas-concept into initiatives that can help gain community support with the view to successfully moving those new ideas forward to fruishion.
We would like to invite any present ORA committee member, stakeholder or local Oxley resident to review the two documents below, download the appropriate feedback form template(s), complete the feedback form(s), then email your feedback form(s) to Maurie oxleyweb3678@gmail.com with courtesy copies of your comments also sent to both Martin martinbutcher@mac.com and Graham stephens3678@gmail.com please.
