Purpose
The Oxley Residents Association (ORA) A4814L purpose is to support the wellbeing of the Oxley community by promoting improvements in the physical and social environment and actively furthering concepts, approaches and activities that help build community.
The Oxley Residents Association may liaise and collaborate with other community and government organizations as required and seek and manage grants, donations and other funding to achieve our community purposes.
Constitution
As part of the Victorian Governments initiatives to ensure that proper governance is applied to all organisations and associations within the state of Victoria while also ensuring listed Associations and Clubs comply to Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 and Incorporated Association Rules the Oxley Residents Association (ORA) A4814L have now voted on and adopted the Incorporated Association Rules as listed under Victorian Governments Model Rules.
